Do I need to come into an office?
No. We work with clients anywhere in Australia by phone, video and email, and meet in person when it helps. Most of our clients settle a loan without ever visiting an office.
Will sending this form affect my credit file?
No. The form and the first conversation don't involve a credit check. Nothing goes to a lender, and nothing touches your file, until you've chosen a lender and asked us to lodge.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. If it's urgent, say so in the form or call the number above.
What should I have ready for the first call?
Nothing. A rough idea of what you're after and how you earn is plenty. Documents come later, if and when you decide to go ahead.
Who sees what I send?
Only Loan Approvals. Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and for nothing else, in line with our privacy policy. Enquiries are never sold or passed on.
